• Appeals have been lodged against the revocation of the licence held by Lewis Land Services, of Stornoway, and the indefinite disqualification of both the company and managing director Peter Morrison. Scottish TC Michael Betts made the revocation and disqualification orders in the light of the company's maintenance record. (CM 12-18 September.)
