Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Twenty-five shops in Ealing, Acton, Chiswick, Greenford and Brentford will from Monday be selling bus tickets.

Newsagents, tobacconists and sweet shops will be offering strips of four tickets for London Transport's fiat-fare "E" route buses for 14p — a 12+ per cent reduction on the normal cost of four journeys.

The shops, which display special window stickers, are all close to important stops on the "E" routes. They will also stock leaflets describing the new scheme. Similar cut price tickets, in nine-ride strips costing 30p, will continue to be available from the drivers.
