Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

published a news item suggesting that electrically heated screens for buses and coaches, produced by Tripleuç would be a major feature at the Earls Court Show in 1968. This may well be true, but surely some companies have been running p.s.v. with heated screens fora long time?

AThe item you refer to was published on

December 1, and did make reference to the fact that some buses in the North already had such screens. But you are quite correct: examples of heated windscreens have been in service for a considerable while with BET companies, for exa mole.

The earliest, using a flat laminated sheet has been for over five years while others of compound curved type have been in service for two or three winters and have proved sufficiently satisfactory for BET to plan on the basis of electrically heated screens for future contracts for standardized bodies.
