Mr. Leslie Freeman, replying for the Cornnittee, said that a study group of chief and enior officers had already been set up. Mr. Freeman stated that the officer workng parties established with the Ministry of fransport had made considerable progress n working out detail from the general heads )f agreement reached between the former Minister of Transport and the Leader of the :".."ouncll and a report would presently be nade to the appropriate committees.
