Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Normandy Ferries' second motor vessel Leopard is now in service and CM was represented on its May Day maiden voyage. The ship is French owned and operated and will augment the service provided by MV Dragon, owned and operated by the General Steam Navigation company on the Southampton—Le Havre run. The company is opening on May 18 a new service between Le Havre and Rosstare, Eire— a first direct Irish-Continental link which will operate once weeldy in each direction.

There is accommodation for 65 semitrailers between decks and 15 units on the open deck which is normally for bulk chemicals, hazardous, corrosive or inflammable cargo. The ramp gradient is 1 in 9 and the vessel is equipped to supply power for refrigeration or compressed air. Drivers have free accommodation and meals on the crossing.
