DHL EXPRESS (UK) is asking for the green light to base 55 vehicles and 50 trailers at a new operating centre in Woolston, Warrington, Cheshire. The business also wants to decrease authorisation at its other Warrington site in Clayton Road, Risley, to 52 trailers. DHL Supply Chain has been granted authorisation to base 14 vehicles and 24 trailers at the Fredericks Dairies site in Simonswood, Liverpool.
