Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REYNOLDS Boughton Ltd of Arnersham, Bucks, has designed a high strength multi-purpose vehicle pick-up body intended to meet the demands of the construction industry.

Manufactured from 14 gauge mild steel, the electrically welded body measures 2.3m x 1.6m (8ft x 5ft Gin).

The side panels are 45cm (18in) high, are gussetted to the crossbearers, for strength and have an outer skin of 18 gauge steel.

The rear tailgate incorporates heavy duty sheathed drop chains and taper latches. Sockets are included in the side raves to accept a superstructure to support the body sheet if required. Availability of this body, claimed to be the most competitively priced pick-up body of its type on the British market, is said to be four to six weeks.
