Mr Galloway, who has a fleet of 13 coaches at Harthill and 30 years' experience in the coach trade, wants to expand on the licence to Blackpool which he has been operating since July. Scottish Omnibuses objected. In turn Scottish Omnibuses have applied for a series of 18 tours from Livingston and John Galloway opposes them.
