Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALL MAJOR abnormal loads to the Esso Chemical Fife Ethylene plant at Mossmorran, in Fife, are being transported by Mammoet Econofreight, the Middlesbrough-based heavy transport contractor.

A route has been designated between the Royal Navy base at Rosyth and the Mossmorran construction site, and arrangements have been made for street furniture and junction layouts to be tidied up to speed the loads' progress. British Telecom has rerouted overhead phone wires underground, and two overhead electricity power lines have also been tunnelled.

All movements have been scheduled to take place on Sundays, leaving Rosyth at first light.
