Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A From left: Richard Lyons, MD - Europe, Giti Tire; Tony McHugh, truck and bus sales and marketing director, Giti Tire; Chris Comport, commercial director, Infleet Giti Tire, the UK's number three CV tyre supplier, will launch its 24/7 breakdown service GT Assist at the 2013 CV Show. Giti, whose leading brand is GT Radial, said GT Assist will offer a 90-minute response time in the UK and Ireland.

The service will be delivered by Giti's 180 independent tyre dealers and managed by RAC Commercial Assistance (RACCA).

For example, a driver with a blow-out who calls an 0845 number will be directed to RACCA, where an operator will allocate the job to the Giti dealer best placed to respond. The back office administration will be managed by Infleet.

Giti Tire marketing director Europe for CV tyres Peter Foulkes said: "We are unique in our market segment in providing a nationwide breakdown service. Using RACCA's breakdown specialists for incident management will ensure a reliable service."

Giti sold its first CV tyre in the UK in 2009 and has built a 13% market share by offering a range of tyres designed for the UK.

The CV Show takes place at the NEC on 9-11 April.
