I T has been announced by the Ministry of Transport that although the majority of the questions upon which • the Minister may, from time to time, find it desirable to seek advice will be submitted to the Road Haulage Consultative Committee, the Road Transport (Defence) Advisory Committee has not altogether ceased to function. Much of the work of this Committee has been transferred to the former body, but its members have agreed to continue to hold themselves at the disposal of the Minister, so that their assistance may be available to him should any questions arise upon which he desires their services in a consultative capacity,
