Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEICESTERSHIRE IS the top county to get lost in — drivers delivering there currently spend one sixth of their time lost. But that could change, thanks to a new network of roadside signs.

The first batch of these has been rolled out to help drivers heading for major industrial estates and shopping centres. Signs on all major routes into Leicester will direct them via the outer ring road to named industrial estates.

The signs are the idea of Leicester and Leicestershire Freight Quality Partnership, which brings together councils, hauliers and environmental vows.
