• A scheme whereby unlimited travel for seven days on all Crosville Motor Services Ltd.'s stage carriage services and on British Railways throughout Wales can be bought for £10 was given the official go-ahead by the North Western Traffic Commissioners in Wrexham last week.
Variations to all Crosville licences running within Or into the Principality of Wales will permit the use of the Wales Travel Master Ticket, which was introduced on April 5, on the 2,000 miles of its stage services. Permission for South Wales was granted late last year and dispensation for wide publicity in the UK and America, in view of the forthcoming Investiture, had also been given earlier, said Mr. D. 0. Diamond for the applicants.
Making representation on behalf of C. Wright and Son, Penycae, Mr. B. Thomas said they felt all Welsh bus operators should be allowed to join the scheme.
