Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Employees at Glasgowbased Scottish Citylink are planning to stage a buyout bid with the help of the management now that parent company, the Scottish Bus Group, is to be sold off in 10 divisions.

It is not yet known whether Citylink will be sold as a unit, or whether the sale would involve property. General manager, Alan Howes, says more information is needed.

Scottish Citylink employs over 180 staff and hires its vehicles from other SBG companies.
