Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE ROAD Haulage Association will not publish a guide book on the new Operators' Licence Regulations.

The RHA says it was consulted fully and frequently on the content of the official guide published by the Department of Transport. "This has been written in an informative and down-to-earth manner which it would be difficult to improve upon," says an Association spokesman. All RHA members will receive a copy of the official publication free of charge, together with the Association's guidance on how they may obtain advice and answers to any queries they may have on the impact of the new Regulations.

Group Training Associations hroughout the country are beng encouraged by the RHA to un local seminars and "teachns" on the effects of the new egulations as they affect Stan ard licence operators.
