Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA (Great Britain) has opened a parts distribution centre adjacent to its Milton Keynes headquarters.

Hitherto, all Scania parts in the UK were held by distributors. The manufacturer says that the growing number of Scania vehicles on the road was beginning to put a strain on that system.

The new parts centre has a floor area of 5,000sqm and houses about 16,000 different parts with a total retail value of about £5m. One of the advantages of the new centre for Scania operators should be that VOR (vehicle off road) orders will be supplied faster.
