Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MORE nationalised transport undertakings are to be investigated by an MPs' "watch-dog" committee.

A sub-committee of the select committee on nationalised industry is to look into the operations of the National Freight Corporation, the Scottish Transport Group and the British Transport Docks Board, it was announced this week.

This continues a programme begun a year ago when the sub-committee inquired into the National Bus Company and the British Waterways Board.

Chairman of the sub-committee is Sir Donald Kaberry, (Conservative), Leeds North West.
