Detroit Diesel for two new vehicles it expects to put into production next year. A 6x4 24.39-tonnes chassis and a heavy duty truck will be fitted with the selected engine, and a decision is expected within a month. The company is also looking at Caterpillar or Cummins for an engine to power its off-road 6x6 vehicle that is currently selling with a Cummins engine, and a 6x4 derivative of the same that will be available soon.
