Ducellier, the largest French manufacturer of automobile electrical equipment. has been acquired by Joseph Lucas. Ltd. Before this arrangement, Ducellier was a division of the D.B.A. (Ducellier. Bendix, Air Equipment) Group. Under the agreement just concluded Ducellier will be established as a partnership— named Ducellier et Cie—with a capital of NF 100,000,000 (£7+ million) which will be contributed, 40% by Lucas and 60% by D.B.A. •
