PENRITH (Cumberland) Urban Council to invite the Road Haulage Association to ea] discussions on the problem of trunking whi has arisen following the closing of facilities the Astra Cafe on the A6 Penrith-Carlh road.
The County Planning Officer has suggest to British Road Services that it should urge t cafe owners to make the facilities available fa further period. The problem is being consider by the County Surveyor.
