MR. H. E. OSBORN has joined the boards of City of Oxford Motor Services, Ltd., and Southdown Motor Services, Ltd. In the Oxford company he replaces MR. A. G. POLLARD and on the Southdown board, Ma. J. C. CHAMBERS.
