STARTED as a department of Carter, Paterson and Co., Ltd., in 1921, Express Motor and Body Works, Ltd., became a company in 1934, with Mr. J. B. Oster, who was associated with Carter, Paterson and Co., Ltd., for 29 years, as managing director. He left t6 join Garlick, Burrell and Edwards,
• Ltd., at Liverpool, but, with friends, has now purchased the shares of Express Motor and Body Works, Ltd., and has returned to London to give his whole time to this company.
