Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

This year's General Accident Lorry Driver of the Year competition was won by fireman Chris Broadrick of the West Midlands Fire Brigade.

After several gruelling tests on vehicle manoeuvres and the highway code, Broadrick, of Moseley, Birmingham, took the prize for Lorry Driver of the Year, as well as Class B winner and an award for best municipal vehicle.

More than 1,500 entries were received for the competition and around 190 people took part in the national finals at Bruntingthorpe, Leicester, last Sunday. Several contestants from the Post Office were unable to compete in the finals because they were not allowed the use of their vehicles while the postal dispute continued.

The 10 section winners were: Class A, D Goddard of British Telecom, Exeter; Class B, C J Broadrick of West Midlands Fire Brigade; Class C, K Goldsmith, owner driver; Class D, R Fletcher of Sketchley; Class E, M Metcalf of John Lewis; Class F, C Burrows of Esso; Class G, K Davies of Esso; Class H, J Webb of Esso; Class J, E Dawson of Silentnight; Class K, A Wilkie of 39 Engineers Regiment.
