THE ACQUISITION of five cold stores in Holland has enabled Christian Salvesen to expand its cold storage and temperaturecontrolled distribution services.
Christian Salvesen (Food Services) which claims to be the UK market leader in temperaturecontrolled distribution, bought the cold stores of Pakvries. These have a total capacity of 5.7m cuft.
The Salvesen Group is also expanding in the USA and building an additional distribution cold store near Philadelphia.
