ANTHONY THATCHER, who t came managing director Dowty Group's electronics di. sion in July 1983, has joined t board of directors.
After experience as a proje engineer with Smiths Industri industrial division, in 1966 joined Ultra Electronics Ltd., an operational research exec tive. Four years later he most to the United States to op Ultra Electronics Inc. as Vi President (Marketing).
In 1973 Mr Thatcher return to the UK as marketing managi Ultra Electronics at Acton. I was appointed general manag of Ultra Electronics-controls a instrumentation division in 19; and managing director of Dovk Electronics Ltd., in 1982.
