Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NATIONAL TRAVEL has been able to introduce oneman operation on its winter service to Frankfurt. Using left-hand drive coaches, the NT driver hands over to a German driver at Cologne and rests until picking up the return journey.

The Germans would not agree to drive the right hand drive coaches previously used on the service by National.

But the four left-hand drive coaches that National Travel purchased early this year have been causing it other problems. Because they were not delivered until August no special driver training was possible at that time.

Now National Travel are putting all its continental drivers through a three day intensive course in the techniques of driving left handers.
