After passing my HGV level 2 test, I have found it very difk to secure a job with any haul; company because they will n employ new drivers.

After reading in the natioi newspapers and hearing on1 television that the country ha shortage of drivers, is it any wonder? When I contact companies all they want is experienced drivers—but hi can you get experience whei you do not get a chance? ThE tell you to go to an agency lot how can that help when all th agencies do is put you up for jobs with haulage firms that won't give you a chance in th first place.
