Scotland: M8. At Strathclyde, the westbound carriageway is closed for one and a half miles, west of St James Interchange, Paisley. Two-way traffic travels along the eastbound side.
M74. Two way traffic uses the southbound (Strathclyde) carriageway at junction 5 (A725 exit) know as the Raith Interchange.
Northern England: Ml. In South Yorkshire, extra care is needed on the approach to Tinsley Viaduct as only one lane is open in each direction for a distance of three-quarters of a mile.
