Jim Shearon has filled the newly-created position of busi
ness development manager — trailer rental, from CSL Truck and Trailer Hire.
Peter Cousins has become quality assurance manager of BRS, with a brief to improve the company's quality systems, introduce QA training courses and prepare a quality assurance manual. He joined the company in 1987 as safety officer, from Industrial and Construction Training Services.
David Yeomans has filled the newly-created position of training manager at BRS Northern. Prior to this he was a training officer with the RTITB for 11 years, spending the last five abroad; initially managing the engineering training centre for the Ministry of Defence in the Sultanate of Oman and latterly as senior training co-ordinator in Libya for the Italian oil company, AGIP.
