GARRETT Automotive Products has established a turbocharger parts distribution company — Garrett Turbo Service — near Manchester.

It will service commercial vehicle turbochargers from a new 4,000sq m (43,000sq ft) plant at Stanley Green Industrial Estate, Cheadle.

Garrett turbochargers fitted as original equipment will remain the responsibility of Garrett Airsearch, Skelmersdale and Garrett SA, Thaon-les-Vosges, France.
