Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WORK WILL START next year on the removal of the Windsor Bridge roundabout, the last bottleneck on the A6 through Salford.

When the scheme is completed, there will then be a continuous six-lane road of motorway standard from Salford Royal Hospital at the Crescent, joining up with the East Lancs at Irlam o' the' Height three miles away.

A new road network at Windsor Bridge will also provide direct links between the A6 and extensions to the M602 between Eccles and Manchester.
