Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Angled Joloda tracks enable pallets to be loaded at the rear of a 123 cu ft air-freight van operated by Johnson's (Air Freight) Ltd of Birmingham and to be unloaded through a side door on the left. Supplied by Ryland Garage Ltd, Broad Street, Birmingham 15, the van is based on a Seddon 13:4 354 16-ton-gross chassis and has a payload of approximately 10 tons. The vehicle iS equipped with a Elva burglar alarm system, produced by Silcox and Smith Ltd, that incorporates an automatic audible-alarm unit and a steering-column lock.

The vehicle is the first of two similar vans to be supplied to the operator for air-freight service. Jumbo jets are included in the types of aircraft to which freight will be delivered, and to highlight this role the number 747 is included on both registration plates. Loading at the rear is by fork-lift truck, hand truck or crane.

Details of construction include plymax panelling, a glass-fibre roof and an internal lining of plywood. The double doors at the rear give an opening of 7ft 6in, while the opening of the double doors on the near side is 6ft. The rear bumper acts as a full-width step.
