Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MI Former police man Robin Leeds has successfully sued F Ward (Haulage), Brentford, Middx, and one of its drivers for £75,000 damages after he was injured in a car crash five years ago.

Leeds was a passenger in a police van which collided with one of Ward's tippers, driven by Alan Renino, of Lime Ave nue, Barnes. "A lorry coming towards us hit the kerb and a set of railings and hit our van head-on, pushing us backwards into three parked cars," he told the High Court.

Leeds received neck and chest injuries and was medically retired from the force two years later. He is now an arcade manager living in Forthway, Porthcawl, Newquay, Cornwall.
