Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A major Dutch fruit and vegetable freight forwarder has been taken over by the Wincanton Group. Ebrex, which has an annual turnover of 210 million, has customers throughout Europe and will become part of Wincanton Europe BV. Individual company names will be retained.

Wincanton commercial director Clive Waldron says the acquisition will complement the company's Dutch distribution firm Spronsen By.

Other takeovers in Europe, especially in France, West Germany, Scandinavia and Spain, are also being sought, he adds.
