OPERATIONS manager at the Kentish Town Bar Delivery Services depot of SPD Contract Distribution is Dave Robertson. His appointment follows the promotion of his predecessor, Brian West, to the job of distribution manager for Bar Delivery at Dunstable (CM, February 1).
Robertson has worked for BDS since its formation in 1982 and was previously planning manager at Kentish Town. Before that he worked from 1969 with the distribution division of Whitbread, the brewer for which BDS operates a dedicated distribution service to pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels in the northern Home Counties.
