Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Three men have been arrested in east Nottingham after Customs & Excise officers from Derby found one million cigarettes under the false floor of a lorry.

The noon, one Polish and two others from Nottingham, were interviewed by Customs and released on bail without charge, pending further investigations.

Regional customs spokesman Jahn Barber says that working with other organisations such as Trading Standards was important in the fight against smuggling.

"A large proportion of gangs sinu ling cigarettes are also involved in smuggling Class A drugs like cocaine," he says.
