Solly Davis and his son, Mr. Ronny Davis, (last week's CM), both of Amos Grove. London, N4, for receiving and dishonestly handling stolen goods, i.e., one Mercedes chassis and cab, were discharged under S.7 of the Magistrates Courts' Act by the stipendiary magistrate, Mr. E. J. Crowther, at Wells Street magistrates' court last week.
