CHANGES in speed limits for cars have not affected limits imposed on commercial vehicles, the Department of Transport confirmed this week.
Transport Minister William Rodgers made no mention of commercial vehicle limits in his speech to the House of Commons last week when he raised car speed limits by 10mph.
