HE Appeal Tribunal will sit at Halifax House, Strand, London, W.C.2, on October 18, to hear an appeal by Vaughan Brothers "(Contractors), Ltd., against a decision of the South . Wales Dc p ut y Licensing Authority. On October 20, appeals by T. R. Beeson, Derby Express Deliveiy Service, Ltd., Derby Motor Transport Co., J. B.
