HE Appeal Tribunal will sit at Halifax House, Strand, London, W.C.2, on October 18, to hear an appeal by Vaughan Brothers "(Contractors), Ltd., against a decision of the South . Wales Dc p ut y Licensing Authority. On October 20, appeals by T. R. Beeson, Derby Express Deliveiy Service, Ltd., Derby Motor Transport Co., J. B. Laban, Normanton 'Haulage Co., Ltd., Frank Porter and Son, Ltd., and Whiteman and.Hawkins, against a grant to Hay's Wharf Cartage Co.; Ltd., by the East Midland Licensing Authority, will be heard.
