THE STOBART GROUP has shrugged off the worst effects of the recession to record a pretax prof rt of 223.9m for the year ending 28 February. The group's revenue rose to £.431m.
Chief executive Andrew Tinkler says that more could be done to achieve greater collaboration between smaller operators and those with large fleets.
