designed an air management system for the Mercedes-Benz Actros Distribution cab. It comprises a fairing for the top of the cab, which can be adjusted to suit the height of the trailer, and a cab collar.
Ecotek claims the system will lead to fuel savings of about 6% to 8% on articulated trucks and 10% to 12% on rigids.
The kit weighs in at 60kg and costs £1,046: individually the fairing costs £741 with the collar priced at £305.
