ASOUTH WALES coach operator,
• Mr. Glyn Rees, of Bedlinog, told the South Wales Licensing Authority, last week, that the formalities for obtaining licences to run private trips were too expensive for him.
Mr. Rees, who was supporting an application by Mr. J. Humphries, Pontypridd, to run private trips to Blackpool illuminations in September, and services during miners' holidays, told the Authority he had decided not to apply for further licences, which were usually unsuccessful. Decision was reserved.
