Vtemper with a test station manager has had his licence suspended for two days by North Eastern Traffic Commissioner Tom Macartney.

The TC had previously adjourned consideration of what action to take against the one-vehicle/one-trailer licence held by Geoffrey Curzon, trading as Geoffrey Curzon Transport, because he wanted a financial assessor to examine further financial evidence.

He also asked for one month's tachograph charts to be checked, Macartney had been told that a maintenance investigation was carried out in August following a statement from the Doncaster Test Station manager about Curzon's attitude when his vehicle was presented for prohibition clearance.
