• Chamberlain Phipps Transport, the sister company to M&B Transport of Northampton, has opened a new 371m' depot in Erith, Kent as part of the expansion plan of its UK delivery network. The depot, on the Europa Trading Estate, has 24-hour security coverage. M&B will now be able to col lect and deliver freight on its way to and from Europe for its customers in London and Kent.
Chamberlain Phipps will also use the depot to help provide rapid freight movements throughout the UK, linking Erith with depots at Aldershot, Manchester and Newcastle upon Trent
