Harold Macdonald Ste3rd, leader of the council.
Other nominations which have been ;eived are: for Wallasey, Aid. R. J. H. Ilinson and Ald. M. T. K. Morris; for West ncs. and Whiston RDC, Cllr. A. W. Hughes, airman of Whiston RDC; for Lancs CC, alr. . C. Garner and Ald. R. Foulkes; for leshire CC, Dlr, Col. C. L. Overton; for Kirkand Litherland, Cllr. A. Thomas; for Bebing1, Cllr. E A.
