Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A month after launching its crew-cab conversion on the MAN G90, Stoke bodybuilder Whitacres is now offering a crew-cab extension for the 7.5tonne Renault Midliner.

The Whitacre crew cab conversion on the S08-130 Midliner has been developed specifically for the recovery vehicle market and has a timber and aluminium construction.

Two basic cab lengths are available (1,270mm and 1,524mm) although Whitacres says that it can produce the Midliner crew cab to an individual customer's orders. The extension adds around 280kg to the chassis kerbweight.

The interior has four forward-facing, high-back seats and can be trimmed to match the original Midliner interior. As part of the conversion, Whitacre relocates the air storage tanks and adds a twin hydraulic tilt ram. Price for the conver sion is around £3,700 ex-VAT.

Each conversion comes with side windows and a nearside door as standard.

The first Midliner crew-cab has entered service with Stockport-based Autotow.
