Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MARTINDALE Protection of North London has supplied the Post Office with respirator protection equipment for use by its workshop staff at the Yorkshire Parcels Centre at Stourton near Leeds.

This workshop carries out servicing, repairs and refurbishment (including painting) on the North East Post Office's mixed fleet of heavy vehicles, trailers and containers. Around 250 vehicles are painted there each year, together with some 200 skeletal and box bodied semitrailers and 100 ISO containers.

Vehicles and trailers are prepared for painting by descaling, wet sand-blasting and sanding. Operators performing these tasks wear Martindale respirators strapped to the waist and full face masks to protect their faces from flying grit. The respirator supplies filtered air through twin tubes. HIL also plans to market the Hope Whisper electric car in the UK in 1985. Hope Motor Company of Hadsund, North Jutland, a separate company from the M range manufacturer, recently signed a 750m dollar contract to deliver 226,000 electric cars to Lectra Matic Automobile Company of Miami, USA over a period of ten years. Hope has also sold 500 cars to Switzerland and 200 to Ghana where it has plans to set up an assembly plant.
