Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SCANIA has reorganised its bus producing company and introduced several additions to its model range. Scania Bussar of Katrineholm, is now operating as a separate profit centre for its home market and a seperate export sector headed by marketing director Henry Jonasson. The move should 'substantiality improve the conditions for Scania export customers', he said.

New model additions include a new short range urban bus for the Nordic markets code named CN112 and a three axle-version of the K112 coach chassis. Designed for double-deck bodywork, the K112T is for vehicles with gross weights up to 22.5 tonnes. The first right hand drive three axle Scania is to be shown at the NEC Motor Show in Birmingham this year.

Scania is also launching a new factory built articulated bus based on the CN112 but this is aimed mainly at Nordic markets.
