THE indentification system under consideration for use at Liverpool docks (C January 31) is concerned solely with security precautions and has nothing to do with lorry identification of the type which has caused controversy at Hull.
The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company told that the system being ci sidered for Liverpool volved a driver phc graphic record to tigh security. The system is being discussed with un officials, and introduct would depend upon agreement being reached
