Hampto has granted Vanguard Vehi cle Services of Rothwell au thorny to add six vehicles and 10 trailers to its licenc( for 10 vehicles and trailers — but he warned that it needed to tighten up its organisation. In March one vehicle was suspended fron the licence for four months and the licence duration wa cut to expire next March, following an unsatisfactory fleet inspection.
